Chiropractic care primarily involves spinal manipulation to restore joint mobility, reduce pain, and alleviate muscle tightness. The doctors at Functional Health Associates specialize in the McKenzie Method, a physical therapy approach that teaches patients self-management techniques to control symptoms and reduce the recurrence and severity of joint issues.

Our patients’ needs vary, and we deliver a wide array of chiropractic treatments. Although most patients prefer hands-on manipulation, some prefer adjusting instruments and table-assisted manipulations for subtle changes.

Functional Training

We recognize the crucial role of strength and movement training in recovery and performance. To support this, we offer on-site expert training tailored to each patient's needs. Our goal is to build a strong foundation of strength and coordination, stabilizing weak areas to prevent pain and enhance overall function.
